On 14 July 2022, the Signing and Exchange of Notes ceremony for the Agreement on the Modification of Schedules for Brexit was held at the WTO. Ambassador LI Chenggang and UK Ambassador to the WTO Simon Manley attend this ceremony.
The signing of the agreement not only brought a successful conclusion to more than three years of negotiations but also opened a new chapter for the development of China-UK bilateral economic and trade relations, and cooperation in the WTO.
